We are seeking a high energy, dependable and detail-oriented individual with a can-do attitude to join our growing startup. The individual must have experience working in a prepaid subscription with recurring revenue organization, excellent verbal and written communication skills, thorough understanding of GAAP and be highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks Pro.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for accounts payable, accounts receivable, Payroll, general ledger, and month-end
• Monthly credit card reconciliation
• Monthly invoicing
• Monthly bank reconciliation
• Revenue Regognition and reconciliation of Deffered Revenue
• Review, and analyze financial statements to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Perform ad hoc analysis and projects as requested
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Qualities:

• Experience with QuickBooks – MUST!
• Highly proficient in Excel. – MUST!
• High attention to details, Deadline oriented.
• Bachelor’s / Associate Degree in Accounting/Finance
• 3-5 years hands-on experience in small corporation (Startup experience desired).
• Experience working in subscription base recurring revenue model – MUST!
• Knowledge of accounting principles
• Confidentiality, Time Management, Data Entry Management.
• Team player and fun to work with.
