• A minimum of 3 years accounting experience - Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
• Knowledge of QuickBooks, bank reconciliations, invoicing, customer payment applications, Inventory related payables (receiving, Purchase Orders and entering Invoices) as well as general and administrative Accounts Payable
• Experience recording financial transactions and a knack for numbers
• Batchmaster experience would be a real plus
• Great communication skills
• Knowledge of WooCommerce would be a plus
• Knowledge and hands-on experience with MS-Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
• Works efficiently with proven Bookkeeping experience
• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
• A BS degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration
