Division 7 Roofing is seeking to hire an Administrative Assistant with experience in the roofing and/or construction industry.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a full-time (40 hours), person who is willing and able to grow with our company and assist in the process. This person will assume the duty of clerical and administrative support in order to optimize workflow procedures in the office.

Responsibilities and Duties

Duties will include but are not limited to: answering and routing incoming calls, data entry, filing, creating work orders, recruiting and setting interview appointments for field employees, AR/AP, tracking and performing tasks and running reports as directed by upper management. You will be part of a team with two other administrative professionals. Job responsibilities will be assigned daily as workload and efficiency dictate.

We are looking for a qualified individual that is passionate about what they do and does it with excellence. Ability to grow with the company with opportunity to take on tasks in other roles including, HR, Payroll and Project Coordination.

• Willingness to learn new software programs, processes and procedures as needed. Division 7 Roofing is constantly changing, growing and improving and nothing stays the same for long.
• Teachable attitude and adaptability.
• Demonstrated competence to handle a variety of activities with attention to detail and quality, with the ability to follow through and follow up, and adapt to quickly meet changing deadlines and priorities.
• Proficient with computer Microsoft / Apple applications, e-mail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite applications, including Word, Excel, Power point.
• Familiarity with Roof Logic and DataForma and QuickBooks is a plus.
• Highly motivated, self-directed, dependable, flexible and punctual, with the ability to work well both independently and as proactive team member.
• Ability to keep sensitive information confidential.
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills and the ability to work successfully with multiple team members, interacting with employees at all levels of the organization.
• Excellent written and oral communication including spelling and grammar.
• High school diploma.
