New London Pediatric Dentistry is looking for the best candidate to schedule needed follow up appointments for all of our patients. You will be last individual our patients interact with at our office. Our new team member will be energetic, personable, vibrant, detail oriented, and reliable.

Appointment Coordinator

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

· Checking patients out after their appointments

· Scheduling follow up appointments

· Communication with patients and parents

· Answering phone calls

· Scanning patient information

· Maintaining a clean and safe environment
