Busy Cardiology Practice seeks appointment scheduler for studies and office visits. Possible cross training for check in/check out.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to, scheduling follow-up appointments and in-office testing via telephone.

Candidates must have a professional, courteous demeanor, be well organized, and have a strong ability to multi-task. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must.

This is a full time position, Monday through Friday, from 8am-5pm

Knowledge of insurance plans. EMR experience is necessary (eClinicalworks preferred) Cardiology experience a big plus.
