Premier Gated Community of Fairbanks Ranch, in Rancho Santa Fe, CA is hiring for an Armed Patrol/ Sentry Officer for in house security department.

Pay starts at$21.50/hr. (Armed) with Benefits

Full Time - 40hrs week. Occational overtime available.

Current openings:

Shift from 6am - 2pm. 40 Hours a week.

Shift from 2pm - 10pm. 40 Hours a week.

Job Duties will include:

* Enforcing community rules and regulations
* Locking/Unlocking facilities
* Foot Patrols and Vehicle Patrols

* Respond to alarm calls and conduct various checks throughout the association
* Gated access control

* Surveillance system monitoring
* Produce written reports

Patrol Candidate Requirements:

· Full time position

· Current State of California BSIS-Issued Security Guard Card.

· Valid BSIS Exposed Firearm Permit required for armed positions.

· Valid California Drivers License .

· Ability to write reports and answer phones

· Ability to apply common sense reasoning to a variety of situations and carry out instructions in writing, oral, or diagram form in a professional manner.
