CM&W is looking for 1st shift Assembly Technicians at our Hannibal, MO location. Pay starting at $17.00 and higher depending on experience.

SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE

The Assembler is responsible for assembling small parts as well as larger and more complex assemblies and sub-assemblies in an efficient manner. Assembly can include installing & tightening fasteners, connecting wires and other duties.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

1. Follow demonstrated instructions for assigned work.
2. Participate in all on-the-job training where detailed instruction is needed.
3. Assemble manufactured parts according to blueprints.
4. Identify correct hardware needed for assembly.
5. Identify and use proper tools for assembling parts.
6. Use tools such as pneumatic tools, reamer, drill, ratchet and sockets, impact wrench, and pallet jack to accomplish assembly tasks.
7. Perform various maintenance, housekeeping, cleaning and organizing functions.
8. Follow and comply with facility work rules, and all company and safety policies and procedures.
