Job Description :

Parent Child Development Corporation is seeking a qualified Assistant Education Manager to collabratively work alongside our Education Manager and team of Teachers:

The incubent will be responsible for the following:

- Ensuring that procedures are in place for the delivery of high quality educational services for all children.

-Assisting in the planning, organizing, implementing, monitoring curriculum standards and support our teachers as directed by Education Manager.

-Carrying out the duties of their position having an understanding of the Head/Early Head Start Performance Standards.

- Monitoring HS & EHS COR status bimonthly to ensure anecdotes are being entered and scored according to the COR schedule.

- Providing feedback to the teacher and appropriate supervisor regarding COR anecdote status.

-Entering child screening data for Head Start students into Child Plus

-Entering CLASS assessment data for Head Start and Early Head Start into Child Plus

-Assisting with the tracking and reporting of disability services throughout the school

-Monitoring completion of required trainings for new employees as well as CDA status/progress.

- Completing monthly reports

- Assisting the Education Manager

**Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education OR coursework equivalent to a major relating to Early Childhood Education with experience teaching preschool age children is required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
