Growing CPA firm in Bankers Hill /downtown San Diego is seeking an Audit Senior. Flexible schedule option. Remote access option. Either full-time or part-time. Company benefits will be discussed during interview.

Job Responsibilities:

• Inquire client source documents.
• Audit the client’s financial statements, account source documents, tenant files and loan files.
• Prepare the audit work papers from the beginning to finish.
• Prepare the working audit trial balance and adjusting journal entries.
• Prepare the audited financial statement with footnotes.

Qualifications:

• 3 years of experience in CPA firms.
• Fast pace, hard working.
• Excellent excel skills.
• Excellent communication skills.

Preferred:

• Real Estate Audit experience.
• HUD Audit experience.
• Mortgage bank Audit experience.
• CPA or CPA candidate.
• Knowledge of Thomson Reuters Engagement CS and File Cabinet.
