Key Job Duties (include but are not limited to the following):

• Welcome and greet customers by determining their interests and needs.
• Educates customers by presenting and explaining the Feng Cha menu;

answering questions. * Up-sell additional products when appropriate (ie, toppings, cakes, etc.)

• Prepares and sells Feng Cha drinks by following prescribed recipes and

preparation techniques for coffee drinks, tea drinks, dessert, etc. * Prepare ingredients and bake cake

• Generate revenues by attracting new customers; defining new and expanded

services and products. * Maintains inventory by replenishing supply.

• Learn and maintain Clover Point-of-Sale system.
• Keep equipment operating by following operating instructions; troubleshooting

breakdowns; performing preventive maintenance; calling for repairs. * Maintain and clean tea bar area; maintain and clean kitchen and prep area.
Clean and wash dirty kitchenware, which includes, pots, bowls, utensils, etc. * Maintain and clean customer dining area and tables/chairs throughout shift.
Periodic cleaning and maintaining of bathroom and stock supplies * Team cleaning of whole unit at end of shift

• Maintains safe and healthy work environment by following organization

standards and sanitation regulations. * Improve quality results by studying, evaluating, and re-designing processes;
implementing changes; maintaining and improving the appearance of the storeand work station. * Enhance Feng Cha teahouse reputation by accepting ownership for
