Station House Café seeks a bartender to join our fantastic team of restaurant professionals.

Located in the heart of downtown Point Reyes Station on Highway 1 in West Marin (an easy commute from Petaluma, Fairfax, Novato, San Rafael), we are a full-service restaurant and bar. Our cuisine is Contemporary & Classic American; our service is professional, warm and friendly. This position has the potential to grow into Lead Bartender or Bar Manager.

We are a fast-paced, restaurant and bar with a solid local following and a seasonal, bustling tourist clientele. Located next to the Point Reyes National Seashore, we welcome guests from the Greater Bay Area and all over the world.

We require that our staff be fully vaccinated against Covid-19.

In a few months, we will be relocating across the street to a brand new, fully remodeled space. Join us!

Bartending position requirements:

A talent and ability to create and produce premium, fresh & seasonal cocktails as well as consistent classics.

Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Provide food service at the bar.

Willingness to work as a congenial and respectful participant in our team dynamic.

An interest in building professional relationships in the community.

High standards for warm, professional hospitality.

Strong work ethic.

Previous bartending experience required (minimum 2 years).

Full-time preferred, p/t considered. Must be available nights & weekends.
