About the Human Resources Manager Position:
We are looking for an energetic, positive individual to work as a Human Resources Manager. This position will be located at our manufacturing facility in New Bedford.

Responsibilities:

• Daily attendance report.
• Assist in the processing of all hiring and termination paperwork.
• Conduct new employee orientations.
• Maintain employee files on site, as well as managing files sent off site.
• Advise and assist management in appropriate resolution of employee relations issues.
• Assist with reporting and investigating claims for workers' compensation.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations concerning employment, safety and posting requirements.
• Train managers and employees on safety topics.

• Filing.
• Perform data entry.
• Assist other departments if needed.
• Job duties can change depending on the changing needs of the employer

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 5 Years of HR Generalist/Manager Experience
• Knowledge of human resource processes and benefits.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and coordinate.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Strong skills with all Microsoft Office products required with knowledge of ADP experience helpful.
• Ability to handle confidential information and sensitive issues.
• Ability to communicate with people at all levels internal and external to the organization.
• Bilingual - English / Spanish
