Requirements

• Conduct assessments and design treatment plans; review and update on a regular basis.
• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments and design Behavior Intervention Plans.
• Provide direct supervision and training to behavior technicians in clients’ homes.
• Analyze data and implement data-driven program changes.
• Maintain positive communication with parents.
• Collaborate with parents to incorporate individualized goals into the family’s daily routines, thus providing parent training.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Communicative & collaborative.
• Committed to purposeful care
• Current BCBA certification and a minimum of 2 years of home-based ABA experience.
• Familiarity with a variety of Clinical Assessments (Such as Vineland, VB-MAPP, AFLS, etc.)
