We are seeking a Part Time Experienced Bookkeeper.

Part-Time Experienced Bookkeeper MUST be proficient with QuickBooks (minimum 2 years of working knowledge of Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledger, and Reconciliation), Excel, Word, Outlook and Internet.

We prefer a bookkeeper that has working knowledge of Payroll and Payroll Taxes, but would be willing to train if you have all the other qualifications.

We are looking for an bookkeeper who is detail oriented and accurate, able to work with math calculations, and can manage multiple tasks/companies in a busy environment. Do you enjoy working in a team environment, as well as independently?

Duties will include accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank and credit card reconciliations, payroll, payroll taxes, general ledger entries, and answering phones for multiple clients.

Part Time Position is 15-30 hours. Let us know what schedule works for you. We can be flexible for the right person.

Our company is open Monday-Friday (8:00 am-4:30 pm); No weekends or evening hours.

Wo do offer paid time off and holiday pay to our Part Time employees who work minimum 20 hours per week. We also like to reward our employees with anniversary bonuses, plus other benefits.
