Join Loan Factory in making the dream of owning a home happen! We are seeking a Business Development Manager who is an ambitious leader, and has the desire to help others. We have the best technological platform, support, great loan programs, and low rates, but need great people to deliver the results to the consumers.

Role:

We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager to help us expand our loan officers team. You will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective recruiting and training plan for our loan officers.

The goal is to successfully recruit 1000 loan officers to join Loan Factory by 2023, and drive sustainable financial growth through loan officers' loan production.

Responsibilities:

  • Creating development plans and forecasting sales targets and growth projections
  • Identifying market opportunities through meetings, networking and other channels
  • Meeting existing and potential clients and partners (including realtors, loan officers, brokers, lenders etc.) and building positive relationships
  • Liaising with colleagues to develop sales and marketing strategies
  • Preparing financial projections and sales targets
  • Attending events such as networking, exhibitions and conferences
  • Recruit and train loan officers, equiping them with neccessary skills and knowledge to succeed

Qualifications:

  • At least BA/ BS in Finance/Marketing/Business or other related degrees
  • 3+ years of loan origination/ sales experience in Mortgage industry
  • Exceptional leadership, organization and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong consultative sales skills.

*Job type: Full-time

*Based Pay: $70,000++/year + bonus

*Benefits (after 2 months of probation period): -401K -Health Insurance -Dental Insurance -Vision Insurance -Bonus based on performance

*Schedule: Monday to Friday (9:00 Am- 6:00 PM)

* THIS JOB CAN BE REMOTE/ HYBRID

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
