Required:

• 2+ Years of BDC Management Experience
• Automotive Dealership experience
• Flexible work schedule, including weekends and holidays
• Excellent communication skills in all areas of interactions; in-person, phone, email, and text
• Steady work history and commitment to starting a new career
• Advanced MS Office knowledge; computer software and internet proficiency
• Ability to relocate to Auburn if current location is out of area
• Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment background check, DMV screen, and drug screen

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and ensure BD Representatives achieve daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals in accordance with department objectives
• Lead by example, with a willingness to perform every aspect of a Client Care Specialist position
• Conduct training and ongoing education
• Ensure there is always a positive, productive, and profit-producing environment
• Assist with metrics and reports that can be used to measure the performance of the department
• Coordinate Department Schedules & Time Sheets
• Create comprehensive reports for upper management
• Communicate effectively all departments

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
