Description / Key Responsibilities:

Individuals in this internship will be working out of our warehouse with our Director of Operations. These employees are responsible for leading our daily delivery routes and helping with the organization at the main warehouse location. Interns will also be accountable for the truck that they are assigned for that given day, ensuring that every guest on varying routes has all their needs met throughout the day. Having good communication skills is extremely important while working on delivery routes as changes can occur throughout the day. This role will help ensure that our guests have a great experience during their scheduled visit to 30A.

Business Operations - 4 days a week

• Coordination with the Director of Operations and other employees to ensure the delivery of rental items.
• Clear and concise communication with the Logistics Department.
• Work out of our main office to ensure guests have the best possible vacation while in Destin, 30A, and Panama City Beach.
• Complete tasks for business partners or guests such as golf cart fixes and bike checks.
• Potentially assist with setup/breakdown of beach chairs.
• Complete delivery routes assigned before the start of every shift.
• Help with varying projects within the warehouse such as building equipment, fixing rental items, and anything else that could help with the flow of daily operations.
• Complete tasks in different towns such as Destin, 30A, and Panama City Beach throughout the summer.
• Organization of the warehouse throughout the peak summer season.
• Having great people skills while speaking to guests.
• Maintaining the assigned vehicle cleanliness and overall appearance.

Requirements:

• Must be 18 years old or older, currently be enrolled in college, or be a 2023 graduate.
• Must have a valid drivers license and a reliable source of transportation to and from work.
• The internship program is May 12 through August 13, interns must be available to work the entire duration of the internship program.
