**Sign-on bonus $500** Rivers Edge Assisted Living is seeking caring, compassionate and dependable Care Providers to provide assistance in daily living and personal care services in resident's homes in accordance with their care plan.

Responsibilities

• Assist with clients personal care activities.
• Administer simple prescribed medications.
• Monitor patients (vital signs, temperature, respiration, specimens, etc) and chart/report on their condition.
• Maintain patients care records and document provided services.
• Assist patients with mobility.
• Proficiency in English.

Available Shifts:
AM/Day 6am-2:30pm
PM/Night 2pm-10:30pm
NOC/Overnight 10pm-6:30am

Part-time available. Training provided.
