Interstate Batteries of Miami is hiring for a Territory Sales Manager (80K) to lead our dynamic sales team. As a Territory Sales Manager you will oversees the company's B2B sales operations, you will train and manage the route sales representaives and be responsible for meeting sales goals on a weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly basis.

Interstate Batteries of Miami is a business to business wholesale battery distrubutor for Automotive, Marine and Commercial batteries! This candidate must possess the following:

• 3 to 5+ yrs. of Sales Management Experience, preferably in Business to Business Sales and Customer Service Management
• Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas
• Proven proficiency in retaining high-performing sales representatives
• Proven track record of leading, training, and mentoring performance-based sales teams
• Highly self-motivated, self-disciplined, and driven
• Positive, high-energy, engaging, and passionate
• Ability to speak with poise and confidence
• Willingness and ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
• Strong aptitude to solve problems creatively and efficiently
• Solid analytical skills and aptitude to effectively review appropriate data and metrics
• Bi-lingual in English and Spanish
• CDL A or B license is preferred by not manadatory/you will have the opportunity to obtain one once hired
