Oversees day-to-day management of the bank, including supervision of the bank’s financial performance, credit quality, business development, operations, human resources and regulatory issues at the branch and consolidated bank level. Reports activities in these areas as it relates to return on investment and risk to the board of directors. Defines and establishes current and long-range objectives, plans and policies. Provides leadership regarding bank culture and achievement of strategic goals. Does all the above in accordance with the bank’s policies and consistent with the interest of customers, stockholders, employees, and the public.
