Qualified Fitness & Sport Professionals:

- Scope of Responsibilities -

A*ll _Fitness Professionalswithin our network are required to perform at a High-Level. Our tools are designed to simplify the job, and ensure Professionals can focus on the serviceto ensure the Client receives their undivided-attention*_.

We require all our Fitness Professionals to fulfill the following duties:

- Program Design & Client Tracking

- Monthly Assessments (where/when applicable)

- Integrated 'homework/maintenance' Programming

- Maintain overall client satisfaction, motivation, and engagement.

- Ensure Clients leave reviews!!

- Embody Professional qualities of Reliability, Honesty, Integrity, Trust, and an Unwavering Work-Ethic.

Acceptable Qualification(s) include:

• Certified (with over 1yr exp): Personal Trainers, Nutritionists, Strength Coaches etc.

• Qualified Fitness Instructors: Zumba, Yoga, Bootcamp, Cardio Kickboxing, Martial Arts/Self-Defense; (ect)

• Currently Enrolled in a Fitness Qualification/Certification Program

• Lapse or Previous Certification holder and willing to enroll in a current qualification.

• Former/Current: College, Minor League or Professional Athlete looking to expand into coaching or training.

• Qualified Rehabilitation specialists

• Qualified Functional/Biomechanical movement specialists

• Bachelor's degree in related-health field is appreciated but not required.

• Related experience in an accepted Health/Fitness role (3 to 5 years experience required)

• Minimum High-School Diploma Required

Must Have(s)

• Reliable Transportation

• Current CPR Certification

• Liability Insurance or ability to obtain coverage before starting
