Job Description :

Description: Looking for an engaging and meaningful clinical position that requires no nights, no evenings, no major holidays, and no weekends?
Midwest Children’s Health Research Institute (MCHRI) is a component of Complete Children’s Health’s pediatric practice that researches and supports critically important advancements in the field of pediatric health. We have a passion for providing the highest quality healthcare to our families, and a strong reputation for being a great place to work.
WHO WE ARE:
Founded in 1995, Complete Children’s Health is Lincoln’s most innovative pediatric practice. From the beginning, our practice has been a strong advocate for the advancement of health and wellness of children. We have four convenient Lincoln NE locations.

THE OPPORTUNITY:
We are searching for a Clinical Research Coordinator for our Northwoods Drive location. The Clinical Research Coordinator will have responsibility for the administrative and clinical management of multiple clinical research trials. This is a highly detail-oriented role, as the coordinator will work to ensure scientific integrity of the data, as well as protect the rights, safety, and well-being of all study participants. This position will require skill in administering vaccines, and collecting laboratory samples, as well as other vital health information.
You will need:

  • A desire to work in healthcare (with kids of all ages!)
  • A cooperative attitude and an appreciation for teamwork.
  • Excellent attention to detail – clinical research is highly regulated and compliance is of the utmost importance.
  • Great people skills! You’ll be working directly with patients and families, as well as physicians and nurses within our practice. A primary focus is ensuring that patients have a good experience, while maintaining patient safety and clinical outcomes.

*
WHY YOU SHOULD APPLY: *

  • A commitment to family-friendly work schedules. Be home for dinner. Flexibility is important to this team.
  • Rewarding work that positively impacts the health and wellness of children, both in our community and beyond it.
  • Competitive pay and a complete benefits package, including health insurance, generous PTO, and more! In addition, we have free options for employee health and dental coverage on select plans.
  • You want a better job, and in a place with a fun and collaborative culture!

Complete Children’s Health is an equal opportunity employer.
Requirements: We are seeking a candidate experienced in clinical research, with a minimum of a year in the field. Pediatric research experience a plus.
In addition, an LPN or RN license is desired. In lieu of a nursing license, additional related education and/or experience may be substituted. Without a nursing license, a valid state medication aide license will be necessary to perform the duties of this role.
Within a month of hire, CITI and IATA certifications must be achieved. Any license held must be in good standing in the State of Nebraska.
