McElroy Deutsch is seeking an attorney with a minimum of 3 years of experience handling construction and construction-related matters. Bar admission in NY and/or NJ is required. The attorney would be part of the Firm’s nationally recognized Construction and Surety Group, which has a diverse practice in contract claims, transactions, arbitration, and litigation in state and Federal jurisdictions.
