We are seeking a Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in bookkeeping and accounting, as well as experience in managing the day-to-day financial operations of a business.

Responsibilities:

• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date bookkeeping records using QuickBooks accounting software
• Recording and reconciling daily financial transactions, including accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Coordinating payroll processing with our payroll service bureau
• Managing invoicing and collection of accounts receivable
• Preparing and filing sales tax returns
• Generating financial statements and reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and job costing statements
• Assisting in the preparation of budgets and forecasting
• Communicating with external auditors and our CPA tax preparers
• Ensuring that all financial processes are in compliance with GAAP, tax laws, and company policies
• Providing support to the CEO and other members of the management team as needed

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in bookkeeping and accounting
• Proficiency in QuickBooks software
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and tax laws
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
