POSITION OVERVIEW:

The Creative Services Specialist is responsible for the design, production and project management of graphics, assets, and initiatives with a wide variety of deliverables specifically created for Vilore Foods Company, brand partners, and customers. This position works collaboratively within the marketing and sales departments, and with outside contractors to produce integrated and cohesive design solutions across all marketing channels. This is a full-time role, reporting to our Marketing Manager.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

• Leads design for Vilore Foods marketing projects including product literature, price lists, advertising, brochures, promotional flyers, retail displays, digital assets, and other communication and marketing collateral.
• Project manages creative talent and vendors in the design and production of established creative services projects in a timely and cost-efficient way.
• Works collaboratively with the marketing department to lead creative concepts and present creative solutions to marketing challenges.
• Provides inspired, on-brand creative for Vilore Foods and customers with a wide range of deliverables.
• Develops, designs, art directs and/or produces projects with multiple deadlines, multiple key stakeholders, and sales and marketing team members.
• Manages production processes to ensure timely delivery of projects.
• Exhibits strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to absorb and apply creative feedback from internal marketing department, sales department, leadership, and external departments.
• Takes all creative jobs through the necessary review process.
• Maintains high-level graphic standards for Vilore Foods and its various brands.
• Keeps current and curious with developing best practices, in the market.
• Remains flexible to develop and complete special projects as they arise.
• Delivers logos and other assets requested by in-house or out-of-house individuals.
• Maintains all creative services project files, printed samples and electronic art files.
• Maintains final deliverable files in a centralized network system.
• Tracks storage capacity of all price lists, product and company literature and orders accordingly.

EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND:

• Associates degree or technical degree in Graphic Design, Applied Arts, Communications or Fine Arts

SKILLS AND REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE:

• Bilingual (English and Spanish)
• Ability to organize and prioritize workload effectively without supervision in a fast-paced environment.
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite – InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat and Microsoft Office programs.
• Ability to skillfully develop creative design concepts and articulate their application, excellent communicator, coordinator and collaborator with strong interpersonal skills.
• Experience with management of assets such as photography, editorial, design and illustration content.
• Possess strong time management and organizational skills.

PERSONAL QUALIFICATONS:

• Diligence, quick thinking, and a demonstrated proficiency in shooting video.
• Exhibits strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to absorb and apply creative feedback from internal marketing department, sales department, leadership, and external departments.
• Proven experience in collaborating with a team, with a mindset and goal in developing the best content.
• Ability to learn new skills and determine ongoing learning opportunities for film technologies.
• Self-starting and treats the brand as their own.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Looks at the content from the eye of the viewer to create the best experience.
• Lifelong learner and able to identify new learning opportunities.

BONUS POINTS IF:

• You have HubSpot and WordPress experience.
• You have experience in Agile methodology and project management tools like Monday.com.
• You have videography skills and experience with Final Cut, Adobe Premier, or After Effects.
• You have social media management experience with Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, Pinterest, and TikTok

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $52,000.00 - $58,000.00 per year
