The ideal candidate for this position will find fulfillment and success in helping other team members resolve issues and complete tasks in order to produce exemplary service for each and every customer we encounter. The CDS will assist our team in managing deadlines for sales, production, and claim reporting with the utmost integrity and confidentiality. This position will be the main connection between the data analysis and sales team so clear communication and acute attention to detail will be nonnegotiable skills for success.

Responsibilities in this Role

This person will be responsible for collecting and digitizing data that is relevant to planted acres and production results, as well as, preserving all hard copy documents supporting such digital data entries. The Crop Data Specialist will maintain detailed and organized storage systems to ensure complete, accurate entries for all clients while addressing any inconsistencies with the appropriate team members to locate any missing or conflicting data.
