Origin was first launched in 2011. In 2013, our founder, Pete Roberts, with the help of friends and family, cleared a forest and built a small timber-frame factory, with the sole purpose to make the world’s BEST Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu gear. Since then, we have grown, now headquartered in the heart of downtown Farmington, Maine and Asheboro, North Carolina, and expanding our product offerings to include apparel, denim jeans, outerwear, footwear, and JOCKO FUEL nutritional supplements. Customer Experience Role Requirements

We are seeking experienced customer service gurus to support our growing brands and ENTHUSIASTIC customer base. This role is situated on-site in Farmington, Maine.

As a customer experience representative, you will field inbound phone and computer-based inquiries from our customers. You’ll be a product expert, helping them navigate the differences between our Delta and Factory denim or offering recommendations for the right boot sole! You’ll be a solutions wizard, delivering our customers an excellent experience!

They are dedicated to delivering exceptional support to our customers and building meaningful relationships that keep customers returning. But they’re also a lot of fun! ROLE REQUIREMENTS:

-A high school diploma or equivalent.

-At least two years of customer service experience is required. Experience with phone and computer-based customer service preferred. It’s a very different rodeo!

-Proficiency with a computer required. Experience with Macs is a plus. We want to set you up for success! This role requires heavy computer use. Ideal candidates will be comfortable toggling through a variety of platforms.

-Absolute comfort on a telephone.

-Clear written and verbal communication is a must. Because we don’t see the customer face-to-face, our written and oral communication count extra!

THE DETAILS:

-Monday through Friday

-8:30 AM - 5 PM with periods of OT available.

-Pay starts at $15/hr with 3, 6, and 12 month incremental increases based on performance, followed by annual increases at performance review.
