St. Louis-based, 75+year-old analytical instrument manufacturing company has a great opportunity available for an experienced Customer Service Administrative Assistant with a friendly and outgoing personality. This position assists various departments and Customer Service Manager.

Job Description

• Support customers with new sales orders, inquiries, pricing, billing, existing sales orders, payment detail, tracking, and research.
• Effectively and accurately maintain accounts and contacts in the ERP and CRM database.
• Effectively interface with internal departments such as: accounting, inside sales, regional managers, purchasing, logistics, technical department and others to ensure customer expectations are meet and/or exceeded.
• Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently.
• Must have an eye for detail and a strong problem solver.
• Aptitude to research and use the resources available to accurately answer and communicate with customers via email and/or telephone in a professional manner.
• Answer incoming calls in a fast paced environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Must be customer-focused and driven.
• Pleasant phone skills.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• MS Outlook and MS Professional Office Suite experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of Customer Service experience.
