The Big Task

Convert incoming phone calls into booked appointments

Key Sub Tasks

• Answer phone from customers in a timely and professional manner
• Respond to email / text inquiries
• Record details of comments / questions / concerns from customer
• Schedule calls for Field Staff
• Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
• Communicate with Field Staff to dispatch calls
• Follow our company's communication scripts
• Build strong relationships with customer
• HAVE FUN!
