We are a locally owned company which has been on Kauai for over 20 years and strives for exceptional customer service at every level. We are in search of an individual who is extremely dependable, friendly, and excited to help other people.

As a Customer Service Representative, we service our customers by providing high quality home medical equipment products. We have an in-depth understanding of the insurance coverage and qualification guidelines.

This opportunity may be a great fit if you meet these minimum requirements:
- Associates Degree

-2 years customer service experience, healthcare industry experience a plus

- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good typing skills (at least 40wpm)
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and email applications
- Physically capable of multiple 30-pound lifts
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Kauai resident for 2 years minimum
- Ability to have problem solving skills to work independently
