Job Summary

Gliedt Appliance is a local, family owned and operated major home appliance repair company servicing Northwest Arkansas for over 30 years. Our customer service representatives are involved in every step along the way. They are responsible for communicating with customers, setting up repair service, relaying status of part orders, and taking payments over the phone. It is essential that our CSR's portray a helpful and progressive attitude while maintaining a high level of professionalism.

Job Duties:

• Answer incoming calls, email, and digital requests
• Address customer questions and concerns
• Learn and efficiently use office processes and documentation procedures.
• Accurately enter data into company software system.
• Communicate with field techs and office staff to relay important information.
• Submit claims for warranty.
• Assist in ordering and checking in parts.
• Complete additional office tasks as needed.

Education and Experience

High school or equivalent (required)
Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
2 years Customer Service experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
