Responsibilities:

• Maintaining a positive and professional attitude toward customers and team members at all times.
• Responding promptly to customer and team inquiries.
• Communicating with customers through various channels.
• Knowing our product so that you can answer questions and make informed decisions.
• Processing POs, in-person, and phone orders.
• Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
• Communicating and coordinating with sales and production as necessary.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.

Skills:

· Experience with Quickbooks is preferred.

· Experience with all Microsoft office programs is required.

· Knowledge of the masonry and/or hardscape industry is a plus.

· Bi-lingual (Spanish) is preferred.

· High School diploma, GED, or relevant work experience

Pay:

· $15-$25 based on experience.
