Lead and develop Site Leads so that they effectively lead teams, manage sites, develop people, and improve operations. Collaborative leadership and work style.

Coach and develop Customer Service Representatives in all areas of performance including metrics and behaviors. Document coaching and development sessions.

Most of their time may be spent reviewing and evaluating manufacturing procedures ranging from expenses to manufacturing processes. Able to travel on occasion.

Accounts Payable Clerk & Accounts Receivable Clerk*. Previous accounts payable/receivable experience preferred. Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
