Cedarworks is looking for a Customer Service Supervisor to join our dynamic team!

In business since 1988, CedarWorks manufactures and sells premium outdoor swing sets, playsets, and playhouses, indoor kid's furniture and playsets, playhouses and toys. Our products are the most beautiful, environmentally responsible products in the world for active play in both residential and commercial settings.

Customer service is the heart of our business. We have a dedicated, full-time customer service staff whose job is to help our customers every step of the way from delivery and installation to maintenance and repairs. Our customer base is located both nationwide and worldwide.

Our customer service team are product experts and we are looking for a Customer Service Supervisor to lead this team! In this role, they know the ins and outs of all our product offerings, manage employees, emails, phone calls, chats and service tickets. In this role, the Supervisor will also assist in the RMA process and filing any trucking claims.

CedarWorks leverages the most advanced software applications to service our customers. In the role of Customer Service, you may find yourself using Hubspot, SAP Business 1, Microsoft apps, Google apps, or Phoenix, our internally developed order processing software. CedarWorks relies on technology to provide the highest level of customer service attainable.
