This position requires five years experience in dentistry greeting patients in a friendly and welcoming manner both on the phone and in person. This position requires knowledge of Dentrix Ascend, the ability to present accurate treatment plans estimating the patient's portion, and collecting that portion at the time of service thus maintaining a very minimal over sixty days accounts receivable. Additionally, this position requires the ability to fill the schedule in a manner that allows the doctor and hygienist time to complete procedures without being rushed but also not scheduling more time than is necessary. Being a problem solver, team player, and independent worker is a must. The ability to stay on task when co-workers may want to shoot the breeze is necessary.
