ABOUT THE JOB:

Vancouver Endodontics is a state-of-the-art, private, specialty dental office located in Vancouver, WA. Our office is a friendly low-pressure environment focused on excellent customer service and a positive patient experience. We are currently seeking one full-time receptionist/insurance coordinator with at least 1 year of experience to join our team.

Position Summary:

The Front Desk Receptionist/Insurance Coordinator will answer inquiries from the general public, patients, referring dental offices and other interested parties providing information to callers. Other routine clerical and administrative functions include: appointment scheduling, organizing and maintaining paper and electronic files, documentation and collection of payment and other financial arrangements including dental insurance benefits.

AS OUR PERFECT MATCH, YOU WILL:

• Have a minimum of 1-year front office experience in a dental office

• Have experience verifying dental insurance benefits with knowledge of insurance policies, limitations of benefits, submission of insurance claims and explanation of patient benefits

• Demonstrate a commitment to ongoing professional development

• Be dependable, attentive to detail, energetic, and friendly

• Prioritize patient rapport and outstanding customer service.

Compensation:

$22-$27 per hour. Exceptionally qualified candidates have the potential to earn more.
