Strengths we are looking for in this role:

• 5-10 years of dental office management experience (pediatric dental and/or orthodontic, preferred)
• Comfortable analyzing P&Ls and practice metrics
• Proficient understanding of all dental systems
• Presentation skills
• Experience with / understanding of dental software(s): Dentrix, Dentrix Ascend, EagleSoft, Open Dental, Curve, etc.
• Understanding of Insurance billing, electronic claims processing
• Understanding / Experience with patient communication software
• Excel Data Entry required

Your ability to develop successful relationships with our team, doctors, and their team members will be essential to your success as our Client Success Coach. We will provide on-the-job training to help you understand our proven processes and methods that have created our successful track record in assisting dentists in improving profitability and job satisfaction since 1996. This is a fast-paced work environment where we all pitch in to help each other succeed and meet deadlines. This position requires an extremely organized, professional, patient, and mature person who will report to our CEO & CFO.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
