We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Director of Creative Media with an innovative and creative mindset. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, have excellent organizational and communication skills, and be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

The Director of Creative Media is responsible for conceptualizing, planning, and executing creative media campaigns for our organization. They will manage the creative teams, develop engaging content, and ensure brand consistency. This position requires an understanding of the latest trends and technologies in digital media. This person will be responsible for creating and managing campaigns, content, and other promotional materials through content creation of videos, photography, and potentially graphic elements. This individual is innovative and artistic, but also, organized with great communication skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and able to manage multiple projects at one time. This person is also a service person with a positive attitude, and able to offer over-the-top customer service.

Additionally, the Director of Creative Media will be responsible for:

• Developing innovative strategies to increase engagement with our target audience
• Creating and maintaining an effective social media presence
• Developing and managing web-based content, including videos, graphics, and other visuals
• Overseeing the creative process from conception to final delivery
• Capturing and editing all videos and photography to be used in our social media presence
• Ensuring brand consistency across all creative media
• Working with external vendors to ensure high-quality results
• Utilizing analytics to measure performance and optimize results
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure creative assets are optimally used
• Innovating new strategies and keeping up-to-date with the latest trends in creative media

The ideal candidate must have:

• Passion for innovation and creativity for implementing new ideas
• Self-starter that is able to work independently
• 1-3 years of experience with photography, videography and editing
• 1-3 years of experience with Adobe Suite (Premiere Pro, InDesign, Photoshop, Lightroom, etc)
• A degree or certification in digital media or marketing
• Proven experience in developing and executing creative media campaigns
• Strong understanding of the latest trends and technologies in digital media
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
