While performing the duties of this job, the employee occasionally works near moving mechanical parts and in adverse conditions.

Check all ill residents early in the shift, make periodic assessments, report changes. Administer and record prescribed medications and treatments.

Ability to handle high volume of calls and email correspondence. Maintain estimator/sales appointments, follow up with clients, call backs, and emergency repair
