We are searching for an experienced, funnel-obsessed Director of Marketing Operations to develop and lead operations, production, and execution of marketing initiatives anchored in HubSpot. The Director of Marketing Operations must have HubSpot experience including using data to achieve business objectives, building automated marketing campaigns, and optimizing engagement in each step of the funnel.

You will

• Flawlessly build and execute HubSpot initiatives, including emails, automations, landing pages, lead forms, segmentation development, reporting / analysis and campaign optimization.
• Build and optimize lead nurture programs to accelerate the path to conversion and retention.
• In partnership with media agencies, launch, track and optimize campaign performance, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads, programmatic ads and Google Tag Manager.
• Manage marketing databases including segmentation, data standardization and ongoing data hygiene.
• Architect and execute re-engagement campaigns.
• Plan, project manage, and produce marketing assets, including emails, landing pages and lead forms in HubSpot.
• Increase and optimize website traffic, audience identification/targeting and conversion.
• Analyze reporting to extract key learnings to share with the broader team to improve future campaign performance.
• Work directly with senior management, organic social media team, and customer support team to identify ways to optimize existing marketing initiatives, automate processes and launch new campaigns that will increase internal operational efficiencies and improve funnel engagement.
• Architect and evaluate technology platforms utilized by Valo Holdings Group, LLC to execute the company’s marketing strategy.

You bring

• Minimum of 2 years of experience with HubSpot required. (Certifications are a plus!)
• 3 years of experience in a digital marketing role in a corporate or agency setting.
• 3 years of experience in marketing automation and campaign development.
• B2C experience is essential; knowledge of stock/futures/crypto trading is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, project management and time management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, digital technologies, or similar relevant field.
