We are currently looking for a Director of Media & Production who will serve as the worship ministry-related authority and be responsible for unifying, coordinating, and administrating all worship services at Asbury. It will involve coordination between the vision, look, sound and feel of all things worship. This position will be responsible for the execution of an excellent worship experience and production at all four Asbury worship services.

Requirements for the position:

· Be a committed follower of Jesus Christ, seeking to know, love and serve God.

· Exemplify the church’s values and uphold the staff covenant.

· Must have vision and a demonstrated ability to plan, develop, coordinate, manage and implement a worship service within the parameters of a theologically conservative church.

· Disciple worship and media ministry team members.

· Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

· Previous employment at recording studio or audio-visual department.

· Ability to manage and bring unity to a team

· Experience handling complex vendor relations.

· Working knowledge of church audio/visual systems.

· Demonstrated project management and leadership ability.

· Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.

· Must be detail oriented.

· Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

· Must be a self-starter and able to work with little oversight.

· Must be adaptable to quickly changing situations.

· Must be able to maintain confidentiality in all circumstances.

· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while serving others.

· Must be able to work with all levels of clergy, leadership and staff effectively.

· Must be coachable and able to receive constructive feedback.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
