Job Summary:

Top Notch Plumbing, Heating, & Air Conditioning, Inc. is a family owned and operated company located in Lake Elsinore, CA.

We are looking for a Dispatcher/Customer Service Associate to run day to day operations for all our technicians. This person must also be able to fluently speak and write in English and Spanish.

Job duties include:

- Answering customer and technician phone calls

- Dispatching technicians to jobs

- Ordering from suppliers

- Billing

- Scheduling jobs

- Ability to multi-task, be organized and have time management skills

- Excellent communication skills

- Computer proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel

-Ability to learn different computer dispatching softwares

We are looking for someone who is a self starter, a team player, someone that can maintain a professional demeanor, is positive, and motivated to work hard.

We are looking for someone to work Monday - Friday with some weekend availability during the summers when we are busier.
