Key Responsibilities:

• Create custom reports and self-service dashboards that help Digital marketing and sales teams monitor customer experience, sales and marketing performance.
• Perform quantitative analysis, using statistical and modeling techniques, to assess acquisition strategies and provide data-driven insights into customer behavior and preferences.
• Proactively identify key industry insights about consumer needs and distribute these throughout the organization to influence marketing and product design decisions.
• Develop surveys, data collection methods and data quality control checks, and analyze raw data for all digital marketing channels.
• Design testing strategies to measure and optimize the user experience and effectiveness of acquisition efforts across digital marketing channels.
• Champion data-driven decision-making and analytics best practices within company’s Digital marketing team.
• Develop detailed requirements and specifications for data engineering team.

Qualification Requirements:

• Degree in Statistics, Economics, Math, Engineering, Marketing, Business or a similar analytic discipline with an emphasis on quantitative research methodologies.
• 3+ years work experience in DTC analytics, consumer insights, consumer research, or in an analyst/strategy role.
• Experience with web and social media analytics platforms (e.g. Facebook IQ, Instagram Insights, Google Analytics, etc.).
• Experience with digital marketing solutions (e.g. Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Listrax, Adobe Campaign, etc.)
• Familiarity with A/B testing, experiment design, and regression analysis.
• Familiarity with Excel, reporting tools (Tableau preferred), and SQL.
• Leadership skills, entrepreneurial spirit and initiative to self-start projects, solicit collaborations, and seek guidance with a minimum of hand-holding.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
