*** Willing and able to climb a ladder to inspect attics and electric meters.

*** Willing and able to Go Door to Door Prospecting in a community with older homes.

We’re talking $800 to $1000 per deal. That’s up to $2000-$3000 per day!

Lack electrical experience? No problem. At Integra, we provide the training, active coaching, and a generous compensation structure to launch you towards success. Earning potential can land between $60,000 to $120,000 for your first year.

Who are you?

You are a recent college or high school graduate, restaurant server, or a candidate with at least 2 years real-world experience (customer service, retail, etc.). You have the drive to hit the ground running in a new sales position.

You have excellent communication skills, strong motivation, and a desire to assist others to find solutions that best fit their needs and budget.

You want to work in an upbeat environment surrounded by a close-knit team who cares for each other and at the same time pushes each other toward achieving goals.

You value being a part of a well-established, vision-driven, growing company in a recession resistant industry.

What You’ll Get:

• Comprehensive training during your first 2 weeks. You will master simple processes and proven strategies, to position yourself for success. This is a combination of classroom and field training at an hourly rate.
• Uncapped commissions, paid weekly, that reflect your achievements.
