Job Description :

Lobo Services is seeking an Environmental Project Manager to support various environmental and regulatory projects in the Permian Basin of Texas and New Mexico. Experience in the oil and gas environmental, remediation, drilling, sampling and regulatory experience is desired. The major emphasis for this position will be in the soil impact and remediation discipline. Field investigations and report preparation will be required. Candidate will also interface directly with clients, assist in marketing and proposal writing and work on individual projects.

Essential duties and responsibilities include:

Conduct/Supervise field work and reporting for Phase I and II Environmental Site Assessments. Develop work plans, reports and proposals for various types of investigations and assessments.

Technical report preparation. Supervision of oil/gas production field sample collection using various approved methods.

Soil remediation planning and implementation.

Qualifications: Education and Experience: B.S. in Geology, Environmental management, Petroleum, Civil, or Environmental Engineering from a four-year ABET accredited engineering program required. To perform this job successfully, an individual must have 3-5 years’ experience. 40-hour OSHA training with Hazmat preferred. Experience in environmental consulting or related experience is a plus. Experience in environmental due diligence (Phase I /II ESA) and with risk-based evaluation a plus. Knowledge of federal and state environmental regulations (TX/NM) is a plus. Candidate must be highly motivated; customer focused and work well in a team environment. Candidate must also have the ability to manage a heavy workload. Other Skills/Requirements: Incumbent must have ability to travel via land and/or air and possess a valid driver’s license in good standing. Applicants should be fluent in the English language and possess basic computer skills. Applicant should possess excellent technical writing skills. Applicant should possess excellent mathematical and computation skills. Applicants should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to work in a team environment, as well as independently. Computer Skills must include Microsoft Office including Windows Word and Excel. Other software skills such as CAD, GIS, modeling, database development software is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
