A leader in the Architectural Millwork Industry offering the highest quality casework and millwork throughout the nation is seeking an experienced and passionate Estimator to join our successful and outstanding team!

Our woodworking facility is in Longwood, Florida, and specializes in the manufacturing and installation of custom commercial casework and millwork items primarily for hotels and restaurants.

Preferred Experience/Qualifications:

• Review blueprints and documents to develop a complete and well-defined scope of work.
• Ability to accurately analyze labor, material, and time requirements.
• Generate Change Orders as needed.
• Extensive knowledge of millwork items and terms.
• Provide complete and accurate takeoffs.
• Data entry of takeoffs into estimating software/spreadsheets.
• Skilled in Excel, Word, Outlook, and general computer operations.
• Request and obtain proposals from suppliers and subcontractors as required.
• Assist in providing the project management team with required documents for awarded projects.
• Experience in the millwork industry or similar industry in high-end markets.
• Effective written and oral communication skills.
