Job Position: Executive Assistant

Job Type: Full-Time

Payrate: 50k yearly

Executive Assistant job Summary:

Working directly with CEO and CFO and handles administrative needs to include scheduling meeting/appointments and managing business related tasks for the CEO. Must be proactive, resourceful, and innovative at addressing business needs.

Job Responsibilities/Duties

• Conduct research and collect analyses data to prepare reports and documents.
• File and retrieve documents
• Arrange and coordinate meetings and events
• Manage executive’s Schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements
• Collect and manage databases
• Coordinate project-base work
• Review operating practices and implement improvements where necessary
• Handling basic bookkeeping tasks
• Preparing reports, memos, invoice letters and other documents.
• Reading and analyzing incoming memos, submissions, and distributing income faxes, emails, and other correspondence accordingly

Requirements/Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 3yrs experience as an executive assistance or other relevant administrative support experience.
• Ability to organize a daily workload by priorities
• Must be able to use various software, including word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and presentation software
• Must be able to provide general administrative support

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
