● Assist with ad hoc projects as needed, including the organization of Executive
Team meetings, board meetings, and other leadership-level activities
● Keen ability to quickly prioritize many tasks across multiple functions

The Work:
We are looking for a team member who will be an integral part of the organization, reporting to and supporting the CEO. They will provide the following:
● Own the CEO’s busy calendar, managing competing priorities, including client demands, team needs, and CEO breaks
● Take proactive leadership of managing and responding to CEO’s and EA’s email
● Correspond professionally with people at all levels across the company and externally
● Take part in initiatives such as merge mail campaigns and research
● Make travel arrangements as necessary
● Provide end-to-end support, relieving the CEO of administrative details, projects, and workflows
● Research various topics as assigned with rigor and make recommendations
● Assist with ad hoc projects as needed, including the organization of Executive Team meetings, board meetings, and other leadership-level activities
● Proactive Client Management - Proactively and positively present an engaging mood with clients
● Communication - Ensure communication content is relevant and high-quality and interact with individuals at all levels in a confident, professional manner
● Managing potential administrative information systems needs and requirements.
● Able to protect CEO's time and inbox so that they are aligned with company priorities.
● Able to build judgment that aligns with CEO decisions and interests.
● Able to communicate clearly and succinctly
● Comfortable with notetaking and being diligent about meeting notes and follow-up action items to make sure CEO and team members are clear on direction
● Able to hold people accountable to meet CEO and company needs

We are looking for someone with the following educational background:
● Bachelor’s degree required
● 3+ years experience as an EA dedicated to the C-level or Lawyer
● Advanced proficiency in Google tools and G Suite
● Ability to communicate effectively and professionally
● Excellent writing skills

He trained as a yoga instructor, mindfulness instructor, and ultimately as an executive coach, to help serve as a resource to the workplace community and improve corporate culture. Along with a group of Associate Coaches, Rudhir works with professionals individually and in group coaching environments as well as with firms and other organizations on custom workshops and group programs. We help improve their work environment, build resilience, hold and encourage difficult conversations, address our own biases, foster healthy diverse workplaces and improve overall well-being.
