We are an Aircraft Parts Manufacturer located in Bridgeport, CT who is looking for an employee with extensive administrative and office experience to support a senior executive and assist in other areas within the company as needed.

This position provides administrative support including, but not limited to:

• Prepare correspondence, memos, detailed spreadsheets, word documents, packages with exhibits, etc…
• Manage calendars and meeting schedules
• Arrange for air travel, hotels, car rental, dinner reservations etc… as needed
• Coordinate Company Expos and social events, both onsite and off
• Experience in any of the following areas a plus: Accounting, Purchasing, Manufacturing, Technical Writing

This position requires excellent computer skills including deep familiarity with Excel, Outlook, and Word. Candidate must be extremely organized, have a strict attention to detail, and the ability to handle and complete multiple tasks on deadline in a high tempo environment. Minimum requirement of 3-5 years Executive Support as well as the ability to create and update Excel spreadsheets.

This is a full-time position with overtime when available.

Hours are Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. with an hour for lunch

Candidate must show proof of Covid vaccine or be willing to be vaccinated if hired and must be a US Citizen or authorized to work in the U.S.

Candidates must pass our online pre-employment assessments and will be required to submit to a background check as well as pass a drug test.

Starting salary range for this position is $21.00-$24.00 per hour commensurate with experience.
