Quickbooks desktop application accounting/bookkeeping experience is required. Quckbooks certification will be required within the first 120 days of permanent employment. The candidate that fills this position will need to be an independent worker that is friendly, highly organized, punctual very dependable and trustworthy. Microsoft Excel & Word advanced skills are required and may be tested for. Strong written skills and proper use of grammar is required. Bi-lingual (Spanish/English) is a plus. Hours are 7:00am to 4:00pm, 1 hour lunch from 11:00am to 12:00pm M-F. Schedule is not negotiable. Drug Free / Smoke Free / EEO / EVerify. Many benefits available after 90 days.
